During my internship at Nebula Tech BBS Pvt. Ltd. as a Plumber Intern, I gained practical exposure in the installation and testing of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sanitary piping in both residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisted in laying out water supply lines (CPVC, uPVC, PPR).
• Worked on drainage and soil pipe installation with proper slope and venting.
• Supported sanitary fixture installation – WCs, wash basins, urinals, etc.
• Performed leak tests and pressure tests under supervision.
• Maintained compliance with IS codes and NBC regulations during execution.

Tools & Materials Exposure

• Pipe cutting & threading tools, solvent cementing techniques.
• Materials: CPVC, uPVC, GI, HDPE, fittings, valves, traps.
• Learned to interpret plumbing layout drawings and symbols.
